NGO Leaders from Africa Visit National Assembly

This week, National Human Services Assembly was proud to welcome NGO leaders from 21 African nations into our Washington, D.C. office. The visit was organized by the Department of State’s International Visitor Leadership Program and World Learning, focusing on NGOs and civic activism. The guests spent a few hours with CEO Lee Sherman and other NHSA staff exploring public policy and civic activism activities in the U.S. through the lens of human service organizations.
