Supporting a Community of Practice through Adaptability

For more than a century, the National Human Services Assembly (NHSA) has adapted to meet the sector’s changing needs. Today’s volatile social, political, and economic climate calls us to evolve once again.
Traditionally, NHSA convened C-Suite executives to strategize and strengthen the sector. Now, recognizing the more decentralized ways our constituents work, we are increasing opportunities for top executives to convene and connect confidentially while creating more universal ones for leaders at multiple levels.
For example, this month alone, NHSA will once again convene top leaders from our member organizations at our exclusive CEO Roundtable. More broadly, we welcomed practitioners from across the country at our scenario planning webinar on September 9th – with two more sessions scheduled this fall.
As we evolve, the input of our members and allies will guide these offerings. For those who wish to be more active, please look out for a brief survey soon that will help guide our programs design. To our NHSA member organizations, please remember that you can also access our in-house expertise for technical assistance, networking, and group purchasing to help you pivot and grow.
