Council Co-Chairs Melanie Lockwood Herman (Executive Director, Nonprofit Risk Management Center) and Susan Tomlinson Schmidt (Board of Directors, NHSA) will lead a discussion on ideas and trends for transforming performance reviews into events that are more valuable, equitable, and productive.
