Join council Co-Chairs Monisha Kapila (Founder and Co-CEO, ProInspire) and Denise Spivak (CEO, CenterLink: The Community of LGBT Centers) for our first meeting of 2023! Frances Kunreuther (Co-Executive Director, Building Movement Project) will lead our discussion about supporting a multi-generational workforce. Participants will be invited to share the biggest challenges they face around working across generations. It remains the goal of the DEI Council to share resources, advice, and support each other as we identify solutions to the current inequities inhibiting our work.
